At Home busts through another ceiling with loyalty program growth

DALLAS – Home furnishings superstore At Home is celebrating a big new milestone for its Insider Perks loyalty program.

The benefits program recently topped 15 million members, who have access to a wide range of exclusive offers such as special pricing on select deals.

Other perks include access to Black Friday deals five days before the general public, a yearly birthday bonus, receiptless returns, exclusive gift with purchase events and member-only sweepstakes. In addition, members are the first to know about special promotions, events, collection launches and price drops.

At Home uses the program to enhance the customer experience and drive shopper engagement.

“It allows us to better understand our customer and keep them at the center of our decisions,” said Susan Rodgers, chief marketing officer of At Home.

The Insider Perks program has received recognition outside the retail sphere, being named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Loyalty Programs in 2021 and in 2022.
