Is Napa Home & Garden getting soft? New product launch is hard proof

ATLANTA – Wholesaler Napa Home & Garden, known for its home and garden accents inspired by life in Napa Valley, is expanding its product offerings and testing a new category: soft goods.

At January markets, the company introduced a new line of innovative indoor-outdoor throw pillows that are, “soft to the touch yet made for outdoor use.” The pillows are treated to resist water and UV fading, and each is filled with a 100-percent recycled removable insert.

According to the company, the new collection features a luxurious Jacquard weave, in styles “designed to complement the company’s best-selling themes.” Twenty-nine selections were introduced in three sizes: a statement-making 24-inch square, a 22-inch square, and a lumbar.

“Every detail was meticulously considered when choosing the fabrics for this collection,” said Rebecca Mattie, VP of design at Napa. “We wanted to deliver an assortment to our customers that provided beautiful versatility in any living space.”

“Napa is all about effortless entertainment, both indoors and out,” added President Michelle Gee. “We pride ourselves in bringing a distinctive perspective to all that we do, and we’re thrilled to finally find a factory partner who meets our high standards for both quality and style.”pil

The move to bring in a new category is a trend that Gifts & Decorative Accessories previously reported on after the winter markets, after the editorial team noticed several exhibitors expanding their offerings and trying their hand at a new category, like kids gifts, pet gifts and personal care.

“Incorporating soft goods into our assortment is something we have wanted to do for a while, so creating a line that is not only responsibly made, but that artfully coordinates with our best-selling looks has been a dream come true – and there’s more to come in 2025,” Gee said.

“The whole collection has been an immediate success,” added Cindy Graves, national sales manager. “Customers are thrilled to find accent pieces that have the versatility to freshen both their indoor and outdoor spaces. The collection was met with great enthusiasm in Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas markets.”

Napa Home & Garden sells its products through showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas, and has a new showroom opening this April in High Point. They are also represented by the Ivystone Group.
