Norwalk restructures management, Hipple transitioning out

NORWALK, Ohio – Furniture producer Norwalk Furniture has announced that Caroline Hipple is transitioning from her role as president to a temporary role as brand advisor and creative director, supporting the company’s management transition. Hipple will then be rejoining HB2 Resources.

Dennis Camp, part of Norwalk’s accounting firm Payne Nickles & Co., has been appointed as interim president while the board of directors initiates a search for a new president.

Hipple has been with Norwalk since 2008, starting as a consultant with HB2 Resources. She was named president in 2016. During her tenure, the company has experienced significant growth and success, and she helped lead the transition of Norwalk to an ESOP in 2020.

“Ware immensely thankful to Caroline,” said Dan White, chairman of the board. “Her legacy will continue to inspire us.”

“It has been the privilege of a career to lead Norwalk Furniture, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together,” said Hipple. “I have full confidence in the company’s talented team and its ability to thrive in the years ahead. I will be watching its continued success with great pride.”
