The New York-based company was founded by Theo Richardson, Charles Brill and Alex Williams in an East Village basement. The trio reflecting on the evolution of their lighting company, which originated in an East Village basement, grew into an international business, and ultimately moved upstate to Kingston, N.Y., where it also established what it calls a “cutting-edge” factory.
“It’s been an honor to contribute to RBW’s journey from its humble beginnings to the global brand it is today,” said Williams. “I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together. While I’ll miss being part of this remarkable team, I’m confident in RBW’s continued success under the capable leadership of Theo Richardson and Charles Brill, and look forward to supporting them and the brand in new capacities and wish all the best for the future ahead.”
